After thawing the steaks out or if they are already unfrozen when ready to cook, put into a baking pan for marinating. First pour Italian dressing all over the steaks. Then put Redneck Rub on like you would salt & pepper. Then put in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours. Then cook to your taste and follow it up with a steak sauce of your kind. |

For Ribs, Chicken, Boston Butt, or any other BBQ. Begin by saturating your choice of meat in Redneck Marinade. Then sprinkle Redneck Rub all over the meat at a good medium cover. Then let set in refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours. Then BBQ till done. Cut and Eat. Warning: Not responsible if ya eat too much. |
